Follow - There is nothing incorrect with being a fan when you're following great leaders but when you're in a management function, you can be the fan when you're supposed to be leading your people.
The reality is that many want-to-be network marketers feel they have to inflate their credentials by decorating or lying about previous successes. "Oh, yes, I'm making a killing with this program", or "I've been extremely effective with this company so far", when in real reality they actually have not made a red cent themselves however feel they need to prove they're a "leader" worth following in order to sign people up under them.
Understanding. Understanding is what you gain from the procedure. It's finding out from the mistakes and adjusting your actions appropriately. Knowledge is examining what is working well and implementing more of the exact same. Understanding is using the wisdom you are getting from your experiences.
Good leaders do the most immediate and important things first and after that complete the rest. This constantly keeps them calm and feel very safe about themselves and their team. They are not afraid to accept the errors they have made and this can truly leadership help them develop relationships with individuals. For this, one also need to have reliable communication skills to engage with them which can be developed over an amount of time with some experience.
